 1. All orders are processed on a prepaid basis only. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
 2. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
 3. Delivery is typically completed within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
 4. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
 5. Customers are requested to ensure that they or someone on their behalf is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
 6. In case of incorrect address details, unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, delays or non-delivery may occur, and Suvarna Saga will not be responsible for such issues.
 7. Our courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard process. Re-delivery requests (if applicable) will depend on the courier service.
 8. Any delays caused due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience in such cases.
 9. Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, Suvarna Saga will not be liable for any loss, theft, or misplacement.
