Refund policy

At Suvarna Saga, each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the exclusive nature of our designs and limited inventory, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy. All purchases are considered final sale.

A refund will only be considered in the rare case that you receive a damaged product. To be eligible, a complete unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the package being opened from the beginning along with visible proof of damage. Requests without a proper unboxing video, or videos that are incomplete or edited, will not be accepted. Additionally, the request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that appear used, worn, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition. Jewellery is a personal-use product, and concerns arising after usage or due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds. Suvarna Saga reserves the right to review and decline any request that does not meet the above criteria or appears invalid.

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. These policies are in place to ensure transparency, protect our customers, and maintain the quality and integrity of every Suvarna Saga piece.
